Numerical values #11

Most of the codes for kaavaelementti.geom_points and some of the codes for kaavaelementti.geom_lines and some for osa_alueet derived from kaavaelementtityyppi-table or osa_alue_tyyppi are actually "numerical" values (some also text values).

Needs: -new list for numerical values based on visualisations -new lists for type-lists -changes for databases and QGIS workspaces

Possible future needs: -separate style for legends... (exists through ready made styles)

Change of plans: Numerical values need to be M:N relations, since the object might have multiple different values like rakennusoikeus = 150, kerrosluku = 2, desibeliarvo=30... Nevertheless the lists need to be changed.

New list has been added to asemakaava_tietomalli folder. Still other codelists needs to be reviewed.
