New versions of QGIS projects #19

Yk & Ak QGIS project updates from dev ==> production.

Needed work:

update database changes (codelists) and visualisations
check that the ak is ok and yk has no relation with the old kuvaustyyli-table
remove label-tests

Yleiskaava QGIS project file is done for RC2.

Tasks done: -corrected the missing layer references -added layouts and modified them a bit to show the background map and legends -corrected topology editing rules -corrected missing symbols

Needs for the future: -labeling / visualisatio of short texts/numerical values -legends with kaavamääräys (due to a possible bug in legend, this was not possible with current QGIS version without major workaround, which is ugly...)

Asemakaava QGIS project file is done for RC2

Tasks done: -corrected classifications (visualisations) -corrected forms and relations -added layouts for detailed land use plans -corrected topology editing rules -added labeling options (not checked), these could be further developed -added scratch layer for symbols (point-like labels)

Needs for the future: -labeling (fetch data from numerical values) -legend to show land use specification text
