Compatibility with Steam VR 2.0 #113

I was able to get Portal 2 to run in VR with the previous version of Steam VR, but it will not run in VR with the latest version of Steam VR (2.0).

I installed a more recent build of Steam VR 2.0 and that corrected the issue.
