Snap turn, menu can't be controlled with VR controllers and erratic FPS #5

Hi, great project you got here. Thanks so much for this.

I'd like to inform you that the pause menu can't be controlled with my Quest 2 controllers over Virtual Desktop. I use VD's gamepad emulation to get back in the game, then turn off the gamepad emulation.

Instant snap turn of 15, 30, 45, 60 etc. degrees would be really great.

And I get 105ish FPS at 120Hz mode, showing that my machine is capable of doing 100+FPS. However, in 90Hz mode I do 86FPS, in 80Hz 77FPS. It seems like the game runs slightly slower than the Hz cap.

Menu in pause do not work yet, it was written on release notes.

For snap turning you have Portal 2\VR/config.txt, set there: SnapTurning=true SnapTurnAngle=45.0 (or other angle)
