thanks for your work on that long awaited mod!
I downloaded it from the Release Page here as ZIP and extracted it to where it belongs. I have noticed that Windows 10 of course consequently marked all files with a "Zone Identifier" ADS.
I think that in some cases, this may prevent the d3d9.dll from being loaded, causing the Mod to fail, so I suggest to add instructions in the Troubleshooting Guide to prevent this by removal of all Zone Identifier ADS from the extracted files.
E.g., the "Streams" Tool from Microsoft/SysInternals can be used for that by also downloading it to the Portal 2 directory and running it there in a Command Prompt by streams -s -d.
