associate a violation with an author and print it out

add a list of users to ignore => maybe a problem? first commit done by github-classroom bot when cloning template for example
in addition to this we should add a summary at the bottom of the run stating how many violations each user has made, this is helpful for making

give guidance to markers, we don't want to give bad marks to people that are committing a lot which are likely to cause more problems maybe we mark it ourselves

also know that the committer might not match the author on github because there isn't anything strict about this
