Unable to send sms - number of SMS left not displayed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The number of SMS left is not displayed anymore. "NaN SMS left" is displayed 
instead (even if there are still many SMS left)
2. When I click on "send", nothing happens. I tried to login and logout many 
times but it does not change anything. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to send the SMS, instead nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest one: 1.0.8. I tried also to download and re-install it several times
Operating system: MAC OS X, Snow Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the same problem on another Mac, with a different account. The provider 
is in both cases "Sunrise".
