Changed through github, not test built on OSX.

Is there a command to compile your patch directly from my local fork without home-brew?

Hi Acey, unfortunately, no.

If there was an easy way to compile and build Gridcoin without home-brew, I would have done it that way. Actually, using home-brew IS the easy way to build Gridcoin on MacOS. ;-)

Why do you want to build Gridcoin the hard way?

This is what I come up with also. I am building now with auto tools so was trying to match it up. Have been fixing minor issues with auto tools for the future transition when merged into the master branch.

Hi Acey, I tried to build Gridcoin's development branch using autotools today. I could build it without having to apply any patches at all!

Therefore I hope once the autotools based compilation flow is merged from Gridcoin's development branch to master, it will build on OS X without patches.

Yes, this is our goal, to build for all OS’s without patch. Feel free to jump in and help.

BUT! Your patch is the fastest and easiest, and is a good reliable system.
