Delete repo 000000037 #26

I'm not sure why I can't delete this - whether it's because I didn't create it or it has no files or it's in some weird state. https://github.com/Git-Lit/000000037

As a corollary, can others delete the repos I've created or do we need to change something in the permission setup?
