Deposits not detected #11

Hadn't used the site in a while so did a test deposit for $1. The funds are on chain, and it has already been 2 confirmations and the site still reports a 0 balance.

The deposit address was bitcoincash:qqhy6auew7hztav4e2ncl3q5ku6atsawhu2mgy4d4k

I was tipped here, but "You have no balance available for withdraw."
