HOC is High Order Components that advance method to manipulate logic of component to other component, use it to validate authentication & authorization of application.

Requirements :

• Create single file HOC to validate if token exists or not
• Create single file HOC to validate for role based, for example: if i'm admin i can access to admin dashbord, if i'm user i can't access admin dashboard
