What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Security Groups Tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Be able to view EC2 and VPC security groups
Actual: Only able to view EC2 security groups

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
hybridfox-1.7.000089
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
