Ability to use calibrated map (GMI for ex) #288

This is not possible now.

For my own use I have made a java app to convert the calibrated map to OSM 
style tiles, but since the offline atlases does not load at all, it is of 
little help. (The only whey to work is to put the tiles in one of the default 
OSM locations and hope you do not overwrite them by activating the data 
transfer while open-gpstracker is logging.)

Maybe the code above can be integrated in open-gpstracker, as to import the 
calibrated map and create an offline atlas...
