GeoPackage: test artifacts present in project directory (gpkgs) #353

In the GeoPackage project, there are still test artifacts that are not being cleaned up. Running the tests multiple times will result in a few randomly-named geopackages residing in the GeoPackage root project folder.

@LLambertRGi is in the process of updating large portions of codebase, including GeoPakageTilesAPITest which has this issue. I notified him of the few areas that have to be changed in order to address the test artifacts. Marking as complete.
