Youtube titles displayed, but nothing happens when clicked to play any one #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed both Macrotube and Macrotube Provider Helpers, latest versions
what I could downloaded.
2. Trying to play Youtube video by clicking to any title.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can browse and search contents, titles are displayed perfectly. If I click
any title to play it, nothing happens (no error message, no screen change, etc).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried on three PC. Two of them have Win7 x86 installed, and one Win7 x64.
Latest updates/hotfixes are installed. Macrotube versions: 0.8.2.0 Win32 and
Win64, respectively. Macrotube Providers Helper beta x86 and x64, respectively.

Please provide any additional information below.
I did some investigations. I found an error with the Jasmio.MediaCenter.Service
in the event log (details see attached file), and the Media Center Support
Service cannot be started.
Several exceptions are logged to the debug.log file (see attachment).
The annoying thing is that there are two Jasmio.Core assembly in the GAC (with
version 1.3.0.0 and 1.1.0.0), but the service wants to load the 1.2.0.0 version.

Thank you for the issue report. The service and missing assembly are unfinished
features. They are not necessary for viewing the videos for any of the
providers. The debug log indicates an instance of the helper app could not be
created. Please could you export the registry key under \local
machine\software\iVentris - you may have to search if path not exactly. I'm on
holiday at the moment. Attach it here in a plain text file. Also could you
confirm that the account you installed MacroTube and the helper are the same
that you run WMC under. It seems as if the helper installer could not write
settings to registry or account WMC runs under can't read the registry. Please
attach a debug log for each of your machines.

I attached the requested registry key. It's the same in all 3 PCs. Yes, all the
installation and the WMC are running under my account. What permissions the
registry keys should be set?
Also attached the 3 debug log files. I clicked the same two titles on all PCs.

Thank you for the taking the time to send the logs and registry settings. The
log showed error 404 - web not available. There was an issue with the web
server hosting the cloud application which has been resolved.

Would you check this again and report back. Thank you.
