Ability for users to create compilations for approval #1

Users should be able to assist in creating compilation entries. These can
then be reviewed by a moderator and approved as necessary. Feature aimed
specifically at users uploading groups of songs from a particular source
(such as a demo) rather than a personal compilation of entries.

Got the interface. need some polishing and a moderator approval page, too.
