Songs / Groups / Labels don't always show BBCode tags in a uniform manner #2

When song/group/label entries contain BBCode, they don't always display
correctly.

All label/group/compilation approval and display pages use the same uniform 
tags for
displaying the info blog. What you see in the pending screen is what you'll see 
on
the actual page. Description text has also been italicized.
