New compilation page very slow (unusable) #60

1. Go to the admin area
2. Go to create new compilation

The page is very very slow, with Firefox 3.6 or Google Chrome (Linux version)
Message boxes from the browsers are poping up saying that a script is
taking a too long time.
I have finally reach the point of the end of the loading, after maybe 20
minutes :(.
I suppose that it is because of the loading of all the songs into the box.
Don't know if we can avoid it (letting enter the song id numbers by the user?).

Changed the fields to raw id fields.
Added in r189
