Party category #64

We have a platform category, we have a compilation category, I am asking
for a party category.

Effectively, at the moment, we can see the BP2010 pushed into a special
compilation to find these quickly. But it's not really a logical thing, so
I am asking for a new category.
Moreover, please put a name field a bit longer that the one used for
compilations ( I had problems during creation of the compilations for BP2010 ).
And, please don't answer to use the tags to made the same things that the
new category requested (I dislike tags).

Compilation name changed to 60 char. Started work on a "Party" area, but still 
waiting 
for some stuff that is coming in django 1.2

I'm also open for ideas as of what should be added here :) It will be a 
seperate area 
of the site (like the forum is), I think. So we should have plenty of space :D
