Compilation title field too short #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating new compilation
2. Trying to put long name as: 'BP2010 Executable Music Oldschool Compo'
3. You can't

I am expecting to be able to put a correct long name for this compilation.
So please allow longer name. ( I hope it will work for the DB )

Terra & I are aware of this, and have agreed that whoever makes the next DB 
change will 
fix this issue with the next round of DB changes.
