Pictures too big in compilation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a screen with 1280 width
2. Look at the BitJam compilations

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On small screen (1280px width), the text about the compilation is
completely on the right and with 10 characters line long.
This can certainly be fixed by changing the layout (how the text is
placed), to put it under the picture.
Otherwise, we could scale the picture.
Or limit the uploader ...

What URL generates the issue? (If applicable)

Compilation images are specified by a moderator only in the admin panel; The 
moderator 
is responsible to make sure no big-ass picture is used instead of something 
sensible. 
There is no other code on the site to regulate this, as the admin panel 
overrides it 
anyways.
