20 char field for notes in "my favourites" #71

Would be great, if tunes had a short text input to make brief notes
like "crazy midnight reggae". like 20 characters.  

This would help keep track of tunes better and different notes of
registered users on the same song could be assembled as a interesting
addition on the tunes info page

I've had this request once before. I have added a DB field for it, but I didn't 
find a 
good way to add it to the page. Got any good suggestions?
