Song request limit by total song-time rather than (or in addition to) number of songs #73

Would be very nice to have option to limit queue request not only by number of 
tunes, but also total song-time.

so the possibilities to limit could be:

- total request time of eg. 10 minutes
- total request number (as it is now)
- both options inclusively
