Can the flags be implemented in the XML file ( for queue ) #79

I am developing an third party client and I am bit disappointed to not have the 
flags with the artist / requesters when I am reading the queue XML file.
Can the flag id ( normally the 2 characters identifiers following the ISO ( as 
usual ) ) be added in the file, please.

Finally, I am also asking for this feature, in all XML pages that the website 
has (like compilation xml page)
