XML file for user's favorites #84

Since I know that all the website is using XML file to let third party client 
gets the information on artist / users / songs / compilations / groups, it 
would be cool to have also the same kind of XML file to share the user's 
favorites.
I think it will be a good idea to implement it in the user XML page directly.

Moreover, can the songs have the locking information ( if the song is locked or 
not ) directly in this page ( another Issue is talking about this ).
