Link to the artist / song / ... uploaded in approvals PM #89

Please add the link to the artist page, in the approval PM (the one that we are 
receiving when artist is accepted).
(Please, do it also for songs and compilation (if one day we will have the form 
:p)

Note: I am asking that, because as moderator, when I am adding an artist to 
upload the song, I would like to have the link to upload the song once artist 
approved (I am not approving the artist myself, to let someone else check if I 
am not making an error ;))

Fixed in r456 for songs and artists.
