Some YouTube Offsets Ignored When Song Had YouTube Data Prior To Migration To MetaData #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Queue a song which had contained YouTube data that has since changed since 
last site migration
2. Time offset for video is computed without consideration of the new value in 
the metadata

Example CVGM Song: http://www.cvgm.net/demovibes/song/7675/

The video offset should start at 134 seconds, instead it always starts at 0 
regardless of how it is changed in Edit Information (non-admin panel).
