vscode - "Manage your accounts" option hangs with loading bar #112

it gets stuck here and no account options load: image

i'm behind an authenticated corporate proxy if that's relevant, but every other extension has no troubles connecting to the internet as i have my http_proxy and https_proxy variables set

I see this message

FirebaseFirestoreException: PERMISSION_DENIED: Missing or insufficient permissions. (PermissionDeniedException)

This is fixed in the latest version
