Same problem with versions from 11 to the newest on android studio Click "sign into an account" or the plus sign has no response (newest version), or a popup window saying "no matches found" (version 11 to 13)

Hey @Eason51 could you provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue (also screenshots would be helpful if that's possible)? Just to confirm, are you trying to sign in with Bitbucket? Could you also let us know what OS, GitLive version, and exact IDE version you're using? Thanks!

Eason51 commented 2 years ago

@Ygnys Thank you! Android Studio version 2021.2.1 GitLive version 15.0.8 OS Windows 10 21H2 GitLive has been installed in a Github repository, and I opened this repository in Android Studio

1 Image 1 is the interface after I installed GitLive in Android Studio, I cannot click anything in the left panel, except the "settings" option. 2 Image 2 is the "settings" interface, when I click the plus sign on the top left, or click "sign into an account", nothing has happened

Thanks, @Eason51, we will look into it!

Hi @Eason51,

Thanks for those steps! Can you confirm you are connected to the internet? Are you using a proxy or VPN?

In offline mode you will only see users that have branches which are ahead of master.

You should see the sign in link from the GitLive window: image

This is what it should look like when trying to add an account from the settings: image

@michaelprichardson Thank you! I did enable a VPN service. Just now, I have tried to restart Android Studio with and without the VPN enabled, but the problem persisted. In addition, whether I enabled VPN or not, I can freely access the Internet without any problem.

Thanks for the fast reply @Eason51!

I just tested with and without a VPN enabled and it worked. Could you tell me which country you are trying to use Gitlive from?

@michaelprichardson I am accessing from China, and I have tested my VPN from different Asia countries, but none of them work.

@Eason51 Could you try your VPN from a European country?

@Eason51 Could you try your VPN from a European country?

@michaelprichardson I tried a UK one, but the problem persists. It's okay, using gitlive is not a must for my project, so it doesn't really matter if the problem persists. I just hope it's a special case that never happens to other users.

@Eason51 Thanks! Could you tell me the name of the VPN? I will try look further into it and see if there is a solution for this.

You can also use the offline mode in GitLive, it just doesn't have any realtime features unfortunately.

The application is called "AVACloud", I tried to google it, but the first several results seem to be irrelevant.

I have attached the download link of the application here in case it can help. Thank you!
