Robustness against no race is installed (I108)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build 161, windows

Please provide any additional information below.

Taking into account the idea that various races can be possibly prepared 
(basing on the core RallyRaid Game),
probably the first access to the subdir. "..\data\races\" should be protected 
against the possibility that no race has
been set in it (now, such condition directly causes a debug exit).
