Classification lists (in page "Race Status") could be improved adding columns "Vehicle" and "Penalty" (I100)

The classification lists (in page "Race Status") could be improved pursuing 
similarity with the real Dakar race,
adding the two columns:
 - "Vehicle" (for the vehicle type)
 - "Penalty" (for possible penalties got)
Furthermore, the order of columns could be improved (also in this case to 
follow more faithfully the schema of
the real race); the column's order should be (in both subpages "Stage" and 
"Overall"):
"Pos.", "N°" (rather than "Num"), "Name", "Vehicle", "Time", "Variation" 
(rather than "Diff."), "Penalty".
