Ruby Implementation

I might port over my ruby code and essentially duplicate what you have done in python @AndrewRPorter .

• Need to add YAML
• Some commands are not consistent, I'll copy the python behavior
• Automatic rinse if code is not clean and repo is read-only
• Pop-up terminals and extra options

Still not sure if I will actually do this.
