CSS - Menu getting sucked up into my header #1

I'm trying to run my navbar along the base of my header, but it's managed to make its way up between my logo and contact number(left and right). When it collapses it even goes between. I'm lost!

@tjkohli what's the easiest way to find someone that isn't a super genius on here for help, but maybe a smidge more capable than myself?
