Restyle hint block

[zenoachtig]

• Change colours of Hint
• Set border colors on CodeBlock, which can optionally be enabled (by conditional style within Hint).
• Fix Stepper and StepperStep to handle passed-on style classes correctly
• Adds can-override-bg and can-override-text classes to let Hint conditonally set the right colors for components within its boundaries.
