BitBucket Support #111

I didn't see a mention of BitBucket support. Is it as simple as setting up a similar Webhook in BitBucket? Or does Nuts expect GitHub in too many places, or for security reasons?

Saw this snippet in lib/nuts.js, that at least gives me hope I can use another backend.
