Heroku deploy button is busted #127

I'm getting a JS error at https://nuts.gitbook.com/deploy.html

Cannot read property 'createButton' of undefined

When i click on "Deploy ..." button, it transition on url like as "https://dashboard.heroku.com/new?button-url=https://nuts.gitbook.com/deploy.html&template=https://nuts.gitbook.com/deploy.html" and will starting endless loading.

Deploy to Heroku correct works from https://elements.heroku.com/buttons/gitbookio/nuts page

This is a problem with the theme-official plugin
