Update MathJax version #6

This plugin loads MathJax 2.0 which is over 2.5 years old. The latest version is 2.4 and the point releases are very stable.

Ok I'm going to update it.

BTW: we are now displaying the math formula in the editor (https://github.com/GitbookIO/editor/issues/103), the next step is to display it correctly in ebook versions (using Node-MathJax and MathML).
