Update slate and plugins #44

This update Slate to 0.16.8, the Slate Prism plugin, and adds the Slate Edit Code plugin to the stack.

I remembered that there was a problem between Next and the latest Slate. But I haven't noticed anything wrong, and could run the docs locally without any problem...
