Add initial 2.0 specific tests #9

@Gitmaxwell ,

This change adopts an initial set of las v2.0 specific tests from lasio for reading las files: https://github.com/kinverarity1/lasio/tree/master/tests/examples/2.0

All the tests pass with no changes needed to the core lastools code.

Let me know if this change could be accepted (or rejected) or needs some additional changes before merging.
