What is "Inches per cell"

Hello, and thank you for this widget. It is quite useful.

I had a question about one of the settings: "Measurement Unit" >"Inches per cell"

What is "Inches per cell" and what setting does it change?

I have looked at your github readme & around the app but I can't find the information. I have tried to change it from the default "0.05" but I don't see a change in the widget. That number also returns to default after I change it.

it sets precipitation bar scaling, it resets when switching between inch and mm
