Fix list for the beta app

• [ ] Database of questions needs to be loaded from the Google spreadsheet.
• [ ] All nonprofits (with pictures and descriptions) should be pulling better from Facebook. Some of the profile pictures aren’t showing up and the cards stop scrolling after about 10 nonprofits.
• [x] [28709c1] In the friends tab, when I clock on a friend’s photo, it should go to their profile.
• [ ] Notifications: notifications to accept or decline games should be working. Also, users should be notified when a Facebook friend joins Givdo.
• [x] [eae70bd] Activity: Each Givdo point should equal $0.01 instead of $1.00.
• [x] [28709c1] Games: inviting someone on FB should work and choosing a friend to play who is already on the app. The friend’s page should populate with all of your FB friends (is it already doing that?)
• [x] [3738380] At the end of the single player game it should say “YOU WON __ POINTS!” instead of just “YOU WON!”
• [x] [76ba86b] Where is says “Nonprofits” on the nav bar, we should put “Profile” so people know they go there to edit their profile. And then above the modal where you choose organization we should add “Choose Organization”
• [x] [2246dbb] Achievement #6 (Philanthropist), the “t” is on another line.

I've created a script to import questions from a .xlsx/.csv (local file) and imported some questions to staging (givdo-qa). I think we can mark this task as done.
