Unable to select category of questions for single player or multiplayer games #68

Need to create a category page that pops up after a type of game has been selected with our various categories. The below picture includes some categories we want to add in the future with partners, such as test prep.

Ones we have now:

(1) General Knowledge (2) Animals (3) Geography (4) History (5) Literature (6) Movies (7) Pop Culture (8) Science (9) Sports (10) Television
