anolog freeze #1005

Having trouble with the xboxce program

First I downloaded it for FIFA 14 and it didn't work properly took forever to 
get it to work flawlessly but I reinstalled the game and it started acting up 
again

Basically when I'm in the program window all the buttons work but when I rotate 
the analog it rotates but then will freeze in a position and continue working 
again so just say I was playing a game with it and using the right analog to 
rotate the camera it will continue rotating or the player will continue running 
and then stop.

I'm a noob with this so not sure what the output is about

I'm using xboxce 2.1.2.190 beta 2 on Windows 7 (that's the only one that ever 
worked properly)

Using a gioteck vx2 wired controller

also not sure where to find this log file but I'll attach what I think you mean
