Original Xbox controller - triggers won't work #1106

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Steps will reproduce the problem?
In x360ce.exe
In game (FIFA 15)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With the default setup, the triggers won't work at all(IHAxis 3 & 6). When I
associate them with the same buttons as in the XBCD setup utility (11 & 12,
where they work fine), the triggers are constantly at value 255 whithout
pressing them.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
2.1.2.191 with 64bit library/Win 7 64bit

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Original Xbox controller (that first one) with xbcd

Use recommended library instead of included in exe file.
You removed warning about libraries from issue template, so I assume that you
read that manual.

Thanks for your quick answer

The problem is that when I use the recommended library and default settings, my
controller isn't even recognized in x360ce.exe (red square in controller 1 tab)
I then followed the instructions I found here:

On screenshot you use r584, not recommended r848.
