value does not fall within the expected range. Error

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start x360ce.exe
2. At bottom it spams errors "value does not fall within the expected range"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected was not getting spammed with errors, this is probably the reason I 
can't get my gamepad to work with the game. Even if I ignore the errors that 
are getting spammed and close the program and launch my game, it still does not 
work.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
x360ce: v2.1.2.191 Beta 2
Windows 7 x64 SP1

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Using my xbox360 controller with wireless receiver.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)
N/A cannot attach due to the fact there's something wrong with the program 
itself for me.

Failure to follow the template will result in your issue being marked as
invalid.

What does that even mean? I installed all the dependencies for this program and 
it still fails.
