using x360ce in newly released Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst halves fps from 30 to 15fps. #710

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using x360ce to emulate gamepad in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 
Full Burst.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
game is released yesterday. Direct port from xbox360 to PC. Game is capped at 
30fps. But when i try to play using gamepad emulated through x360ce. FPS 
becomes 15 or 16FPS constant. And game runs in slowmotion. When i deletes 
x360ce. Game turns normal. But why i am so insistent on using x360ce is that 
this port is horrible that keyboard controls are almost unplayeble. So only way 
to properly play is by using controller.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?

Latest version on Downloads section of this site. Uses this x360ce also for 
other games like Dark Souls, Hotline Miami,Sine Mora etc. and I use Windows 7.  

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?

I use gamepad from Nazar model version GPS-V48. Driver came on cd with the 
controller.
Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
Also make sure you use latest x360ce libraries !

You mean rename like my x360ce creates xinput1_3.dll. I rename that xinput9_1_0 
file to 1_3?

Configuration file version does not match x360ce version. 
Some options may not work until configuration file will be updated.

Also using x360ce makes Naruto show blackscreen or freeze.

ok, so then you created this bug with an unsupported version of the dll.

I'll get this game when I can afford to waste money and find out whats going on.

Alright. Oh and also Enslaved odyssey to the west released same day on Steam 
too is also not working with x360ce. But this time it is game exe is not 
recognizing program at all you know that ping sound when it starts working.

when I play with this software to emulate the control, the game gets very slow 
15,19fps,hope to launch an update to correct this serious problem

sadly without this game to install and test, i can't really see whats wrong.

i don't know if tapcio recieves donations with which he uses to buy games, but 
i certainly don't.

i have the same problem here

when i use keyboard i have like 30 fps and whin  i use my controler with x360ce 
drops 

at 10 15 fps with fore feedback enabled (without FF its ok):plz tell me what 
needs to be done:

if its ok without force feedback, then the issue is not in x360ce, its in your 
gamepad driver.

The game runs ok if I don't use x360ce and play with a keyboard, but if I use 
x360ce to play with a gamepad, the game's fps drops, with or without force 
feedback. Is hack-prevention built into the game the only reason you can think 
of? CAn you think of any other reasons?

My game runs fine at 30 fps always and not dropping. But I am using twin usb 
joystick which is when I played the game I can't control it properly some of 
the buttons are not accurate when I select characters then player two can't 
press arrow keys (Left Up Right Down) and some of the buttons are disabled in 
game
