Contributed wiki article on x360ce configuration for Logitech F710 with Wine. #843

I just spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get a Logitech F710 
working with Wine and Skyrim. I'd like to contribute a wiki article to your 
project so that others will be able to reproduce it. 

I didn't know the best way to get in touch with someone about this project 
since there is no project mailing list and there is not a designated contact 
person. Please email me if you would like for me to write the article.

There are webpages and wiki's specific to Wine for that sort of thing, I do not 
think adding it here would be a good idea as it would give the false impression 
that we support Linux/Wine.
