Borderlands 2: msvcp110.dll file is missing, xinput failed to load, controller shows red square, game crashes #965

PLEASE READ LIBRARIES MANUAL BEFORE REPORTING ISSUES:

http://ngemu.com/threads/x360ce-libraries-tutorial-by-
resolutespider5.155310/

Always make sure you use latest x360ce libraries!
Bugs created using older versions will be marked invalid as user error.
r848 vc10 is currently the latest version.

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move x360ce to game executable folder
2. Open it up
3. It creates missing files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just want to be able to configure my settings but it tells me that me
msvcp110 file is missing, and that the xinput file failed to load, so my
controller shows up red instead of green and I can't use it.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
I'm using the latest version of x360ce on Windows 7 64bit

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
PS2 controller with USB adapter.

There's a lot going on, but I'll try to make it brief. I never had a problem with this app until I re-installed Windows 7 on my mac. It used to be that all I had to do was drop the app into the game's exe folder and it would work. I tried dropping the 64bit xinput file in the folder before starting up the app, and I no longer get the "msvcp110.dll is missing" message, but I still can't configure or use my controller.
If I drop the 32bit xinput, everything works fine (except that it shows up as the second controller for some reason)but my game, crashes while it's trying to load.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)

r848 is the only supported lib version at this time. newer / older versions
are not supported.

You're saying that the 32bit lib is the only one that works? I can understand
that. The problem is that when I use the 32bit lib, it works, but it causes my
game to crash before I even get a chance to play it.

32bit DLL will work with 32bit games (most of games at the time of writting
this is 32bit). You system does not have required software to run x360ce (ie.
read requirements in danialhorton link).

So, what do I need? I downloaded and installed what was in the guide, but my
game is still crashing.

https://code.google.com/p/x360ce/wiki/Whatisx360ceandhowuseIt:

Point 5, you need "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012", x86.
