Try change the type of the ffb in the ffb tab from default to type 1 or 2. 
Though vibration is pretty weak when not using default. Same thing for. In my 
case default type caused problems relative the exclusivity of device 
acquisition, in KoA:R (and DMC4). Works very well with L.A. Noire.

By the way, is there a way to force the device to be exclusively acquired?

the rumble does not work correctly in this title, so it is impossible to 
confirm if x360ce is at fault, or the game.

The rumble is working ok! My issue is that the game doesn't understand that i'm 
using the controller all the time, like, mixing keyboard and controller 
tutorials along... anyone with the same problem?

Hello All,

I wanted to share some of my experiences with this game (Amalur) in conjunction 
with using x360ce for controller support, in hopes that it may help the devs, 
or another person out.

Before I begin, I can verify that this game does indeed support vibration, and 
works with an official 360 controller; I have tested it myself on my pc using 
my cousins wired 360 controller...

Now, I am playing Amalur version 1.0.0.2 using xinput1_1.dll as 1_3 no longer 
woks with this version of the game. I have used various x360ce versions , all 
with very similar results. -- including the bleeding edge (at the time of this 
writing) r699, I found compiled for me here:

drivers that I could find for my adapter (v3.70) which can be found here:

Vibration doesn't work very well for me - in this game - with x360ce... But, 
I'm assuming that x360ce is receiving vibration information, because my 
controller does rumble from time to time.... Although it is incredibly faint, 
and inconsistent. I thought I just imagined it, but sure enough I was able to 
replicate it, and even saw the motors spin for a brief second --I have one of 
the translucent blue PSone controllers from back in the day :-)

The biggest thing I have noticed is that when I enable force feedback (FFB) in 
the x360ce.ini (regardless of build) I have a significant decrease in frames 
(please see attached images with FPS in lower right-hand corner for reference). 
Now before someone responds with "what are you complaining about, you're still 
getting xxx frames"... I know! But, this is with my unlocked 6950's in 
crossfire... My brothers pc (a single 6850) gets 22, yes 22 whole frames/sec 
when "UseForceFeedback=1" is set in x360ce.ini, yet he gets 70-80fps when 
"UseForceFeedback=0" (disabled) is set. He is also using the same brand of 
adapter, and a PSone controller as myself. 

As I stated, this occurs with most of the x360ce versions I have tried. I have 
messed with the vibration types, levels, and hook masks to no end, and have 
finally given up... My brother and I will just play the game without 
vibration... not a big deal lol XD

As far as I have tested, this is the only game which I have seen this occur, my 
other games that I use x360ce with, such as Darksiders 1&2, GTA4, Dead Space, 
do not encounter a huge frame hit, and vibration works fine... Even though it 
doesn't function correctly in the test section of the x360ce gui lol -- but 
that's another topic...

Anyway, I apologize if this is just way too much info, but I try to be as 
thorough as I can to avoid confusion. -- or, maybe, i create more confusion, by 
being too thorough... hmmm...

vibration reducing framerates is caused by your rumble drivers being compiled 
in debug mode

we cannot resolve that.
