FIFA is lagging when using 1 controller.(Top Problem for x360ce's all version)

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have configured 2 controller by x360ce for my FIFA 12/13. It works fine if 
I plugged in 2 controller.
2.But when I plugged in 1 controller instead of 2 the fifa is lagging so much.
3.If I used 1 controller configuration then it works fine but it is so 
disgusting to configure every time for multi controller. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect 1 controller also works fine however it is configured for 2 controller.
I can see that when I plugged in 1 controller instead of 2 the game is lagging.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
Windows 7 SP1 64bit and x360ce 2.0.2.158

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
USB vibration joystick. Driver is latest.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
